FIBRE PERFECTION

REFINED BY NATURE

Havenwool® is crafted from premium Australian Merino fibres chosen for their exceptional softness, purity, and naturally elegant structure. Lightweight, breathable and gentle on the skin, this refined wool provides effortless comfort with a subtly luxurious hand-feel.

UNPARALLELED DEGREE OF

SOFTNESS AND LIGHTNESS

OUR SUPPLY CHAIN TIERS

GARMENT MANUFACTURING

This stage involves the final construction of each garment before it reaches our warehouse. As a labour-intensive step, this is where most social impact occurs — which is why we maintain full transparency and 100% visibility over the factories responsible for this part of production.

FABRIC MANUFACTURING

This step encompasses the creation and dyeing of the fabrics and trims. It is typically the most energy-demanding phase, as the weaving and finishing processes require substantial resources. Careful oversight ensures consistency, colour depth, and long-lasting fabric integrity.

YARN SPINNING

Here, the fibres are spun into yarns before being crafted into fabric. This stage requires significant energy and is often handled by specialist facilities separate from tier-2 production. At present, we have visibility over 47% of the suppliers operating at this tier for our primary fabrics.

FIBRE PRODUCTION

Depending on the fibre type, this stage includes growing, farming or sourcing the raw fibres. It remains the most challenging part of the supply chain to trace, yet we currently maintain 25% visibility of the suppliers involved in this tier for our principal materials.
